  • 1x 200g Hogs Bottom Strawberry Jam (see individual product details for ingredients and nutrition)
  • 4 x Ellis Scones (Ingredients; flour (GLUTEN) vegetable fat, EGG, MILK )
  • 1 x 113g Langage Clotted Cream (Ingredients: Cow's MILK) This item is perishable and must be chilled on receipt and consumed within three days. For allergens see items written in CAPITALS.

Delivery Information

1. How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 3 working days after you have ordered. Occasionally there may be a delay of up to a week to receive your order. We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose. 

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods there may be a delay of up to a week - please bear with us at the current time. 

2. How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched. In your dispatch confirmation email, we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel with FedEx.

3. Will need to sign for my order? 

All deliveries will be tracked and although not signed for at present they will take a photo of the delivery at the address. Please include a phone number AND email address for the recipient or yourself to receive delivery updates. If you do not we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries, as giving our courier a way to reach you is vital for a successful delivery. 

4. Special delivery instructions

If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour, please include them in the special instructions section at the checkout. Please note that our couriers will not respond to notes left on doors for security reasons.

We take great care in packaging your order using the necessary materials according to its weight, size and how fragile it is. 

7. What do l do if my order arrives damaged? 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email at We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases, we will ask you to send us a photograph and a description of the damage. Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.
