Best ever dressing for salads. Discovered when on holiday in Beer and purchased on return home.

Love this dressing having been introduced to it on holiday.

Had this while on holiday in Cornwall. I’ve fallen in love with it. I’ve used it as a salad dressing, on sandwiches. I also marinaded diced chicken in it, then cooking in the air fryer, absolutely stunning flavours. My new go to for anything I can put it on.

This is my favourite dressing from Hogsbottom. Such an interesting combination of flavours and it tastes so natural and has just the right amount of piquancy. I moved from Devon 4 years ago and thankfully I can obtain it via mail order.

I tasted in when on a short break in Cornwall and managed to buy a bottle down there. It did not last long with the family at home in Yorkshire so I had to purchase some more.

Was having lunch out in a little cafe in Looe, and this dressing was used on the salad. We asked what it was and the chef showed us. Went along to nearby farmers market where we were told we could buy it, but could only get one bottle , and 4 of us wanting some, so we found the website and bought a box full online. Tastes wonderful, everyone who tries it says the same. Quick service too with posting it out to me. Thankyou.
