This dressing is a little sweet due to the mangoes but offset with the lime, the chilli is mild but a noticeable kick.

Was having lunch out in a little cafe in Looe, and this dressing was used on the salad. We asked what it was and the chef showed us. Went along to nearby farmers market where we were told we could buy it, but could only get one bottle , and 4 of us wanting some, so we found the website and bought a box full online.
