Our jams, chutneys and dressings, are perishable items and unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. However, please do contact us if you have any problems and we will do our best to resolve the problem for you.
Refunds will only be given for faulty or damaged goods, please email us describing the problem and attach a photo of the broken/damaged item. Refunds, including postage, will only be credited with the same payment method as the original purchase.
Exchanges
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
